KUWAIT: Deputy Chairman of Kuwait Bowling Club, Director of the World Championship which Kuwait will host in October said all committees preparing for this International event has completed its preparations in a way that will bring out the championship in what is fitting for Kuwait name and its ability to organize such important events.

Mohammad Al-Farisi said 400 players representing 24 men’s team and 12 women’s team will participate in the tournament competitions which succeeded in attracting the world’s champions, as the prizes were increased in addition to Kuwait’s possession of all aspects of success, besides having the bowling complex being among the best in the Middle East, and capable to host such a number of players.

Al-Farisi said the Board of Directors and Chairman Sheikh Talal Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah worked on removing all obstacles in the way of hosting this international event and exerted much efforts, as they presented to the International federation all guarantees that confirm Kuwait’s ability to host the event, which will see an opening ceremony that will reflect all cultures of the world. He concluded by wishing Kuwait players all success.
