Thief has accident after stealing car
KUWAIT: A thief who stole a car parked in front of a pharmacy in Salmiya had an accident and was admitted to the ICU. A security source said a citizen stopped his car in front of the pharmacy and kept it running. A thief then drove off with it, but caused an accident on the same street.
