Security sources said the suspect had been recruiting expats, bringing them to Kuwait and abandoning them to work for others.The sources explained that the suspect had been using the paper, owned by a citizen, whose license was cancelled by the information ministry in February, to issue around 150 visas and sold them for KD 1,200 each.
