21m transactions on Sahel app
KUWAIT: More than 21.7 million transactions by 1.4 million users have been made through the government’s Sahel smartphone app since its launch two years ago, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of Communications Fahad Al-Shula said on Sunday.
