Deliveries until 3 am in Ramadan

KUWAIT: Kuwait Municipality Director Ahmad Al-Manfouhi gave orders to adjust food delivery timing during curfew to be from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am starting from Ramadan, while they remain until 10 before the holy month.
