KUWAIT: During the last 10 nights of Ramadan, qiyam ul-layl prayers can be held from midnight onwards at most mosques in Kuwait, the awqaf ministry announced. The tahajjud prayers will begin at midnight and must be wrapped up within 30 minutes.
