Noted scholar and academic Shafeeq Ghabra passes away
KUWAIT: Shafeeq Ghabra, a Kuwaiti scholar and academic of Palestinian descent, passed away yesterday. He was a professor of political science at Kuwait University and founder and first president of the American University of Kuwait.
