By B IzzakKUWAIT: HH the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah yesterday issued an Amiri order delegating "some of his constitutional powers" on a temporary basis to HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the minister of the Amiri Diwan announced.
