KUWAIT: The State Audit Bureau signed yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) to enhance aspects of cooperation between the two sides.
In a press statement, State Audit Bureau Undersecretary Abdulaziz Al-Houly said that this agreement is a culmination of work and effort between the two sides during the previous period and an expression of cooperation that achieves the public interest in combating corruption and preserving public funds.
Houly added that the memorandum aims to strengthen the national commitment in preventing and combating corruption and confirming the readiness of the regulatory agencies to work and achieve what came under the noble directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. - KUNA
