KUWAIT: Minister of Education Dr Adel Al-Mane directed officials to expedite the procedures for transferring male and female teachers to schools experiencing a shortage of educational staff. This directive is to be carried out in accordance with the latest appointment standards and while considering the annual plan approved for academic subjects.
This decision was made during a meeting held by Mane with the directors of all educational regions and the coordination and information systems departments. The primary topic of discussion was the process for distributing teachers across various educational levels to address the actual deficit in teaching positions in schools.
The minister emphasized the necessity for collective effort, teamwork, heightened commitment and the shared responsibility of all officials. This collaborative approach is essential for the success of the ministry’s efforts in overcoming challenges and resolving the difficulties that hinder the progress of the educational process, ultimately promoting further success in education. — KUNA
