NBK organizes lecture titled ‘Strategic Clarity & Stakeholder Alignment in Complex Environments’

KUWAIT: In line with its strong belief in human capital investment and competency enhancement, National Bank of Kuwait organized a lecture titled “Strategic Clarity & Stakeholder Alignment in Complex Environments” presented by Emile Strunc, professor at IE University – Business School in Madrid, specializing in negotiation and strategy formulation, and attended by employees from different departments at the bank.

This lecture is part of a group of specialized training programs that NBK provides for employees to enhance their professional capabilities and develop their leadership skills. The lecture followed a strategic thinking approach linking organizational goals with actionable plans. During the lecture, participants explored proven techniques for identifying key stakeholders, managing diverse interests, and building consensus across departments and external partners.

In the backdrop of a fast-paced financial landscape, it has become very important for financial institutions to formulate clear and adaptable strategies that ensure stakeholder alignment. Therefore, this lecture’s goal is to supplement employees with the necessary tools to lead strategic initiatives confidently and achieve sustainable impact.
