Kuwait secures 2 golds at Shooting Championship

CAIRO: Kuwaiti shooters clinched two gold medals on Friday at the 2025 Arab Shooting Championship, currently underway in Cairo. The team of Saud Al-Kandari, Mohammad Al-Daihani, and Abdulaziz Al-Saad captured the gold medal in the men’s team skeet competition, ahead of Egypt, who secured silver, and Bahrain, who settled for bronze. Adding to Kuwait’s triumph, Abdulaziz Al-Saad also claimed the gold medal in the men’s individual skeet event.

Qatar’s Nasser Al-Attiyah and Bahrain’s Tamar Al-Watta took the silver and bronze medals, respectively. Speaking to KUNA, Saad Al-Suwait, a member of the Kuwaiti delegation, said the latest victories brought Kuwait’s medal tally to four — two golds and two bronzes.
