NEW DELHI: An international iron and steel exhibition kicked off in India on Thursday with the participation of a Kuwaiti industrial delegation, organized by the Public Authority for Industry (PAI). Acting Deputy Director of Industrial Export Development at the PAI, Meshari Al-Munawar. Munawar who heads the delegation, told KUNA that the Kuwaiti delegation’s participation in the India Steel 2025 exhibition comes within the framework of Kuwait’s industrial strategy aimed at supporting the local industrial sector.
The Kuwaiti delegation participating in the exhibition, which is hosted by the Indian city of Mumbai and concludes its activities on Saturday, includes a group of Kuwaiti businessmen who represent the most prominent factories in the metal industries sector. The delegation members are looking forward to learning about the latest technology in the field of iron and steel manufacturing and discussing partnership and investment opportunities with their counterparts. The India Steel exhibition is one of the most prominent events specialized in the field of iron and steel at the global level, as it brings together an elite group of international companies and factories. – KUNA
