KUWAIT: The Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) on Tuesday conducted a wide-ranging inspection campaign in the Shuwaikh area, in coordination with multiple government bodies, to monitor compliance with fire safety and prevention regulations. The campaign led to the issuance of several violations and administrative closures of facilities found in breach of safety requirements set by the KFF and other relevant authorities, the department said in a statement.

The joint operation included participation from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Kuwait Municipality, Public Authority for Industry, Environment Public Authority, Public Authority of Manpower, and the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition. Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring public safety through continued monitoring and enforcement efforts. — KUNA
