Amir receives new ambassadors, new CMA board, chatbot officials

KUWAIT: HH the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya at Bayan Palace along with five newly appointed ambassadors who took their constitutional oaths before him. The envoys included Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Saleh Al-Bannai, Ambassador to Indonesia Khaled Al-Yassin, Ambassador to Sweden Mohammad Hayati, Ambassador to Armenia Mohammad Al-Arefan and Ambassador to the Philippines Meshari Al-Nibari.

HH the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad also received Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa Al-Ajeel, accompanied with the newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority Imad Tifoni, Vice Chairman Rayan Mohammad Al-Zaid and members Tariq Abdulatif Shehab, Hessa Abdulaziz Al-Roumi and Thamer Nabil Al-Nusf.

HH the Amir Sheikh Meshal also received Minister of Education Jalal Al-Tabtabaei, along with Arwa Al-Ayyar, Director of the Public Relations and Educational Media Department, and Mona Salem, Acting Director of the Information Systems Department. They presented to him an overview of the ministry’s launch of the AI chatbot “Chat with Hamad”. — KUNA
