ABU DHABI: Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) chief Major General Talal Al-Roumi has underlined the critical need for regional and international cooperation in addressing complex challenges and enhancing the efficiency of crisis response mechanisms. Speaking at the “World Emergency and Crisis Management Summit 2025” in Abu Dhabi, held under the theme “Together Towards Building Global Resilience,” Al-Roumi emphasized the significance of joint efforts in strengthening crisis preparedness. The summit brings together a distinguished group of international officials, experts, and stakeholders in emergency management.
According to a statement by the Kuwait Fire Force, Al-Roumi’s participation in the summit was in line with directives from Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, reflecting Kuwait’s commitment to bolstering international collaboration, exchanging expertise, and integrating modern technologies — including artificial intelligence — into emergency response operations.

During his meetings with global leaders and experts at the summit, Al-Roumi reiterated the importance of collective action in enhancing societal resilience and accelerating response times during crises. He noted that such events serve as key platforms for sharing best practices and exploring innovative solutions in the field of civil defense.
