KUWAIT: Adnan Nasser Al Ibrahim, Treasurer of the Kuwait Shooting Federation/Kuwait Shooting Sports Club, expressed his happiness with the holding of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Annual International Shooting Grand Prix, which will start on April 11 at the Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Olympic Archery Complex, and on this occasion Al Ibrahim extended his thanks and gratitude to His Highness the Amir for his continuous support for Kuwait shooting sport and for allocating this international championship under his patronage, which became a landmark on the calendar of international championships attracting the world's best shooters for the 12th year in a row.

In the midst of the preparations for this event, Al Ibrahim said that all the requirements for the tournament have been met to make it worthy of the name it bears and to reflect the bright image of the beloved State of Kuwait.

In this regard, he said that the shooting ranges on which the championship will be held have been maintained and are now ready to hold training and competitions.

He added that other facilities in the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Ranges Complex, which are no less important than the ranges, such as rest areas for shooters, have been maintained and arrangements have been made for accommodation, food and transportation to ensure the smooth running of all championship events in a way that ensures fairness and honest competition.

The Treasurer of the Kuwait Shooting Sports Club confirmed that the ammunition and clay targets for the tournament are in the club's warehouses, as the tournament is held according to the rules of the International Shooting Sport Federation.

At the end of his statement, Al Ibrahim thanked all the relevant ministries and state institutions that contributed to the preparation of this precious tournament, and also thanked the media for their support and coverage of the events of the Kuwait Shooting Sport Club.
