KUWAIT: Kuwait’s Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi received Saturday the Minister of State for Youth Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Dr Sultan Al-Neyadi, upon his arrival in Kuwait at the beginning of his official visit to the country. In a press statement following the reception, Minister Al-Mutairi emphasized the depth of the rooted brotherly relations between the two countries, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

He pointed out that this visit represents an opportunity to strengthen bilateral cooperation in youth-related fields, contributing to the development of youth capabilities, enhancing their potential, and preparing them to play a vital role in the development of their nations. Minister Al-Mutairi welcomed Minister Al-Neyadi and his accompanying delegation to their second home, Kuwait. He also explained that such Gulf meetings reflect the spirit of fruitful cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and their pursuit of integration in various fields, particularly in developing youth work and creating an environment that supports the creativity and excellence of youth. The reception was attended by the Acting Director-General of the Public Authority for Youth Nasser Al-Sheikh along with several officials from the Authority, and UAE Ambassador to Kuwait Dr Matar Al-Neyadi. — KUNA
