stc hosts Ramadan Ghabga gathering for entrepreneurs

Event organized under the umbrella of its ‘weyak’ initiative

KUWAIT: Kuwait Telecommunications Company – stc, a world-class digital leader providing innovative services and platforms to customers, enabling the digital transformation in Kuwait, held its 4th gathering for entrepreneurs that have participated in the ‘weyak’ initiative, this year in theme of a Ramadan Ghabga. The ‘weyak’ Ghabga aligns with stc’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) framework, especially under the pillar that focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and providing them with innovative platforms to enhance their presence in the market and collaborate with likeminded individuals.

The Ghabga was held on the 55th floor of Al Hamra Business Tower, where the exclusive event brought together over 100 entrepreneurs for an evening on networking and entertainment. Attendees had the opportunity to interact with stc’s Executive Management as well as several stc employees, building closer connections between the Company and Kuwait’s entrepreneurial community.

As part of stc’s commitment to supporting and engaging with the entrepreneurial community and startup ecosystem, the Ghabga served as an interactive platform for attendees to exchange insights, explore potential synergies, and build strong relationships, especially amongst stc representatives. The event also served as a token of appreciation from stc to all those who have participated or played a role in the ‘weyak’ initiative, emphasizing their roles in fostering a thriving ecosystem for innovation and development in Kuwait.
