May Allah bless Kuwait

After the end of the brutal Iraqi invasion, a few Kuwaiti property owners sold their properties in Kuwait and traveled abroad. These individuals believed that Kuwait would not withstand the shock of the post-invasion and occupation. They sold their houses at the first opportunity and bought property in the US because, in their opinion, it was safer. As the years passed, the US was shaken by the mortgage crisis and the value of their properties decreased while the prices of the properties they sold in Kuwait increased exponentially. It is Kuwait. Our country is blessed.

The government sold its stakes in private companies as it tried to make strong decisions. Many people were troubled and frustrated at that time. Some skeptics claim that Kuwait is unique in a way. Kuwait is more than three hundred years old. It is older than many countries. Kuwait will remain as long as the sun rises from the east of the earth. It is our country and we love its soil and resources.

My homeland, Kuwait, is moving from glory to glory. Oh! Our youth! Believe in our homeland! It is everything to you. Do not lose your confidence in Kuwait, no matter what. Kuwait will endure and will rise; just as those who sold their properties after the invasion lost the bet, everyone who doubted it will lose, while those who believed in it will prosper. My country will remain the pearl, the most beautiful country and my heart will continue to tremble with love. This is Kuwait, my eternal homeland, above every dispute, higher than every obsession and greater than every conflict.
