Al-Thiqa Food Group continues expansion strategy; branches will reach 130 in 2025

Group demonstrates ambitious strategy to solidify its presence in local and global markets

KUWAIT: As part of its expansion efforts, Al-Thiqa Food Group announced that the total number of its branches will reach 130 this year, in addition to more than 476 points of sale in Kuwait, reflecting its ambitious strategy to solidify its presence in local and global markets.

Al-Thiqa Group CEO Meshal Al-Jarki said: “The group currently includes more than 30 trademarks of restaurants and foodstuff, including Al-Dana Fisheries, Shrimpy, Gia, Quaker and others.”

“Al-Thiqa Group’s branches and trademarks are spread across Kuwait, Qatar and London, solidifying its presence as a major player in the food industry,” he said, adding that they employ more than 1,800 people.

Al-Thiqa Food Group plans to expand into the Saudi market, he added, noting that the expansion comes as part of the group’s commitment to offering a comprehensive experience while focusing on quality and innovation.
