Mahammad Sami Shaik is a 19-year-old writer living in Kuwait. He calls beautiful Kuwait as his second home. Kuwait’s rich culture, support, and opportunities have played a big role in shaping his journey as a writer. “It is here that I developed my love for writing and achieved milestones that brought me recognition around the world,” says Shaik.
He has won titles like “Youngest Author to Publish Three Books Globally in 300 Days” and “Youngest Author to Publish Books on Social Issues.” These achievements reflect not only his hard work but also the support and encouragement Kuwait provides to young people to dream big and make a difference, he says.
On December 6, 2024, he traveled to India to receive his ‘India Book of Records’ award. “It was a proud moment for me and the Indian community in Kuwait. Representing Kuwait on a global level is a privilege. Through my books, which talk about important social issues like harassment, mental health, and empowerment, I aim to help create a better society while highlighting the strong bond between India and Kuwait,” says Shaik. “Kuwait is not just my home; it is my inspiration. I hope to continue making this country proud through my writing journey,” he adds.
