“This place is quite unique. It is a perfect blend of modernity and tradition. The first thing that captured my attention was its striking design,” said Prisca Ben, an African expat, whose sentiments were echoed by Ahmed Bader, a Kuwaiti engineer.

The park is renowned for its lush greenery, featuring diverse plant species, trees and meticulously maintained lawns. “Boulevard is a hub for art and entertainment. Companies and individuals host various events and exhibitions that showcase local and international artists. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll and admire the beautiful flora. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city,” explained Abdel Waleed, a Jordanian expat working in one of the shops in the park’s mall.
