Boulevard: A green getaway

At the heart of Salmiya lies a paradise that embodies the very essence of leisure. With its bustling gardens and stunning layout, Boulevard is a top destination that offers a unique blend of outdoors, entertainment, shopping and dining experiences.

The park features a diverse range of activities and attractions for all ages. “Boulevard is a wonderful place to spend the weekends. My kids love it so much. It is a must-visit for Kuwaitis, expats and tourists alike,” Norah Ahmed told Kuwait Times as she played with her children.

“This place is quite unique. It is a perfect blend of modernity and tradition. The first thing that captured my attention was its striking design,” said Prisca Ben, an African expat, whose sentiments were echoed by Ahmed Bader, a Kuwaiti engineer.

The park is renowned for its lush greenery, featuring diverse plant species, trees and meticulously maintained lawns. Interspersed with man-made lakes and rivulets, it provides picturesque settings for leisurely walks and relaxation. A notable feature is the walking bridge and a color-changing tunnel, enhancing the park’s charm, especially during evening hours.

“Boulevard is a hub for art and entertainment. Companies and individuals host various events and exhibitions that showcase local and international artists. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll and admire the beautiful flora. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city,” explained Abdel Waleed, a Jordanian expat working in one of the shops in the park’s mall.
