Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa sponsors the 10th Gulf Bank 642 Marathon

KUWAIT: Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co. (AAW) announced its sponsorship of the 10th edition of the Gulf Bank 642 Marathon, held on November 30, at Souq Sharq, through its brands INTERSPORT, and Joe & The Juice. This sponsorship reflects the company’s dedication to supporting events that inspire the community and promote an active lifestyle.

AAW’s sponsorship covered both the Gulf Bank 642 Marathon event and its six-week preparatory campaign leading up to the race. The six selected winners: Shaima Al-Otaibi, Nour Al-Naqeeb, Saleh Al-Ali, Nasser Al-Radhan, Jassim Al-Faraj and Manar Atiyeh, received sportswear from INTERSPORT to support their training and ensure they were effectively prepared for the race.

The company’s participation at the marathon included an INTERSPORT booth showcasing mannequins wearing ASICS and New Balance apparel and footwear. The booth also featured interactive activities and offered exclusive giveaways. Joe & The Juice fueled runners with refreshing healthy juices and light food, and provided enthusiastic support along the marathon route.

The Gulf Bank 642 Marathon features four race categories designed to accommodate all fitness abilities: a 5K walk or run, a 10K run, a half marathon (21K), and a full marathon (42K). AAW has a long-standing commitment to supporting youth, sports, and local initiatives. The company frequently sponsors activities that promote fitness and inspire community members to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
