KUWAIT: Najat Ibrahim, Acting Director-General of The Central Agency for Information Technology emphasized the critical role of digital transformation and the promotion of innovation and technology culture in building a sustainable future. She described these elements as essential foundations for achieving sustainable performance and a comprehensive digital shift, aligned with the country’s "New Kuwait 2035” vision.

In an interview with the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Monday, Ibrahim made her comments during the opening of the third "Kuwait Digital Transformation Conference.” Organized by Great Minds in collaboration with the agency, the two-day event aims to foster a culture of innovation and digital collaboration, gathering thought leaders, government officials, and technology experts to exchange knowledge and explore best practices.

Ibrahim praised the rapid digital transformation currently taking place in Kuwait, particularly the digitization of government services and the implementation of national development plans. She highlighted the positive impact of these efforts on both the public and private sectors, noting that the the Central Agency for Information Technology plays a key role in driving digital transformation across state institutions. By leveraging modern technologies and fostering innovation, the agency aims to improve the quality of outputs across all sectors and ensure a sustainable, comprehensive digital transformation.
