Kuwait’s Al-Kharafi grabs gold medal

KUWAIT: Kuwait Equestrian Club Rider Ali Jassim Al-Kharafi expressed his happiness at winning the Grand Prix at a height of 145 cm as part of the activities of the Longines International Championship held in Riyadh, with the participation of riders from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Brazil, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq.

Al-Kharafi extended his thanks and gratitude to everyone who congratulated him as he raised the name and flag of Kuwait in international forums. Al-Kharafi took a gold medal at a height of 145 cm on his horse “I” at the end of the championship competitions.

He also won the first place and the gold medal on the horse “kurat” at a height of 135 cm and won the third place with the horse “I” at a height of 140 cm. Ali Al-Sahli, head of the technical committees of the Saudi Equestrian Federation, participated in the event.
