KUWAIT: The Kuwaiti Army Brass Band performed an outstanding musical display on Saturday, as part of the Gulf Weeks events leading up to the 45th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit, which will be hosted by Kuwait on December 1. The audience at The Avenues mall enjoyed the performance, which included musical pieces celebrating Gulf ties and relationships, including songs such as “Ana Al-Khaleejiy” (I am a Gulf citizen), “Kullama Zadat Al-Mihan” (The more the trials increase), and “Huna Huna” (Here, Here). Held ahead of the coming 45th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit, Gulf Weeks is a series of events designed to inform both citizens and expatriates in Kuwait about the significant achievements of the GCC, while fostering a sense of Gulf unity and belonging. The events will take place at various locations across Kuwait during November 22-30. — KUNA
