KUWAIT: Burgan Bank hosted a workshop on the detection and prevention of prostate cancer in collaboration with Kuwait Hospital, as part of its continued efforts to raise health awareness among its staff. The workshop, delivered by Urology Consultant Dr Faisal Al-Hajeri at Burgan head office, is one of several activities the bank has planned for the Prostate Cancer Awareness Month of November, as part of Burgan’s comprehensive social responsibility program. Amin noted that health awareness workshops are part of Burgan’s commitment to contributing positively to its employees’ wellness and the overall quality of life of their families. During the workshop, Dr Al-Hajeri shared valuable information with the participants on the symptoms and treatments of the disease as well as the most recommended means of prevention.
