Showcase highlights military police riot control, combat skills

KUWAIT: Military police units displayed their prowess during a special military showcase on Sunday. Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Army Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah attended the showcase alongside the Commander of the Kuwaiti Military Police Brigadier General Mishal Fahad Al-Sabah and Qatari Military Police Forces Staff Brigadier General Rashid Mohammed Al-Hajri, along with their accompanying delegation as part of their visit to the Military Police Command.

Major General Pilot Sabah Al-Jaber praised the military police for being role models in discipline and commitment. He praised the efforts of the military police personnel and the duties and tasks assigned to them, wishing them continued success and prosperity in serving the country under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Highness the Crown Prince. The showcase included a special display of the military police forces showcasing their handling of riot control operations, along with a demonstration of some combat skills and techniques related to security operations for protecting VIPs. — KUNA
