Shooters prepare for the tournament in early training

KUWAIT: Following the arrival of several delegations for HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah annual shooting championship, to start Saturday at the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex became very busy with shooters preparing for the tournament in early training.

Meanwhile, the higher organizing committee made sure all is according to plan as far as the ranges and other organizational matters are concerned. Kuwait archery team continues its training and practices to be at the best possible shape for the tournament which is expected to have tough competitions.

Archer Saad Al-Baloud said HH the Crown Prince tournament is dear to all, adding the team was prepared two months ago, and archers were training mornings and evenings in order to reach the best level possible.

He said archery requires continued training to maintain the technical level and to participate honorably in championships.

Meanwhile, Trap shooter Abdulrahman Al-Faihan said he is ready to go for competing in HH the Crown Prince tournament. He said there will be strong competition by all shooters to seek the best possible scores at the start of the local season. Al-Faihan appreciated the role of Kuwait Shooting Sport Club, under the Chairmanship of Duaij Al-Otaibi and the secretary general of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federations and their unlimited support for all shooters, and providing them with all they need to ensure they continue performing at their best.
