KUWAIT: Kuwait national disabled fencing team left for Italy to participate in the World Cup tournament in Pisa City with the participation of 136 players from 45 countries. Kuwait team will compete in the foil and epee for men and women, it includes Ahmad Al-Mutawaa head of the team, Khalid Al-Sarraf technical director, Ali Al-Mutawaa administrator along with five players, they are Farraj Al-Dousary, Salem Abdulkareem, Fahad Al-Bannai, Fatima Al-Tarrah and Ayesha Mattar.

Head of the team Ahmad Al-Mutawaa said the team includes three junior players as part of preparing a new generation of fencers, that able to continue the outstanding march of the disabled fencing. He said “we hope to present an honorable performance, to add to the notable development the fencing sport witnesses year after year.
