KFH appoints Alghannam as GM Private Banking and Wealth Management

KUWAIT: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has appointed Hamad Mohammad Alghannam as the General Manager Private Banking and Wealth Management. This move aligns with KFH‘s ongoing strategy of promoting national talents, especially among the youth, to continue leading its journey of success and achievements. This appointment is part of KFH’s plans to attract and develop national capabilities and boost competencies by recruiting internally. It is also based on its strategic vision to elevate service delivery, competitiveness standards and performance at all levels. Additionally, this step contributes to qualifying the next generation of leadership that represents KFH’s core values, leading to sustainable success as KFH drives its leading journey forward.

As a member of the KFH family and leader of the next generation, Alghannam is one of the most accomplished and prominent bankers. With a professional career spanning 26 years, Alghannam brings a wealth of experience in many positions in private banking. He took part in the department’s development plans, while expanding its services and customer segments. This was achieved through an exceptional performance in serving Al-Nukhba customer segment, structuring a business model dedicated towards offering the best solutions and benefits to customers with competitive advantages.

Alghannam held the position of deputy General Manager Private Banking and Wealth Management in 2022. His career at KFH began in 1998 after his graduation from Kuwait University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He also completed a training program in leadership and transformation.

In addition to possessing extensive experience and skills in organizational operations and leading teams with efficiency, Alghannam has obtained a number of professional certificates and successfully completed specialized training programs from prestigious and world-class institutions.
