Shrimp harissa
Shrimp harissa

Harissa Shrimp

Ingredients

•500g shrimp, peeled

•2 tbsp harissa paste

•1 tbsp olive oil

•1 tbsp lemon juice

•Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Toss the shrimp in the marinade and rest for 30 minutes.

2.Skewer and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side.

3.Serve with couscous or grilled bread.

Seekh Kabab

Ingredients

•500g minced lamb or beef

•1 onion, grated

•2 tbsp coriander & mint, chopped

•1 tsp cumin powder

•1 tsp chili powder

•Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Mix all ingredients and shape the mixture onto skewers.

2.Grill on medium heat, rotating until cooked (8-10 mins).

3.Serve with mint yogurt and naan bread.

Shish Tawook

Ingredients

• 500g chicken breast, cubed

• ½ cup yogurt

• 2 tbsp lemon juice

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp garlic paste

• 1 tsp paprika

• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Marinate the chicken with all ingredients for 2-4 hours.

2.Skewer the cubes and grill over medium heat until cooked through (10-12 mins).

3.Serve with flatbread and garlic sauce.

Paneer tikka
Paneer tikka

Spicy Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

•300g paneer, cubed

• ½ cup yogurt

•1 tbsp lemon juice

•1 tsp turmeric

•1 tsp chili powder

• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Marinate paneer in the mixture for 1 hour.

2.Skewer the cubes and grill until golden (5-7 mins).

3.Enjoy with chutney and grilled veggies.
