KUWAIT: World Aquatics announced that it will start paying financial rewards to swimmers who achieve the highest number of points in the world championships.

Meanwhile, in the Shanghai round, France’s swimmer Leo Marshall and American Kate Douglas collected the highest total of points and they will receive financial rewards. This is to encourage swimmers to exert their best efforts in the China, South Korea and Singapore rounds.
