Sahel experiences a technical glitch

KUWAIT: The official spokesperson for the unified government e-services application (Sahel) Yousef Kazem announced that the application has experienced a technical glitch that has led to a number of users facing difficulty in accessing the application and using its services. Kazem told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday that “work is currently underway to restore things to normal.”

Kazem pointed out that users can gradually return to using the application by first going to the (My Identity) application to update the data of the digital civil card, then opening the (Sahel) application and entering the civil number for authentication. He stressed that the concerned technical teams are currently working to completely fix the glitch and restore things to normal as soon as possible. — KUNA
