Fayyadh highlighted the app’s transformative impact on the banking sector, calling it one of the most user-friendly and efficient platforms available. "Our mobile app marks a major advancement in customer experience,” he stated. "It simplifies access to a variety of banking services and allows for seamless transactions anytime, anywhere, through a straightforward, fast, and secure interface.” Fayyadh also emphasized the app’s advanced technological features, which deliver a highly personalized and innovative banking experience. The app allows users to customize their homepage and provides a range of exclusive services available only to Gulf Bank customers.
Alongside its user-friendly design, the app offers advanced money transfer features, including the newly launched "Wamd” instant transfer service for quick transfers via mobile phone numbers. It also supports payment links from its external interface and facilitates fast transfers between personal accounts, either from the summary page or by dragging the account icon between accounts.
To further enrich the user experience, the app enables customers to send payment links to groups, split bills, increase daily transfer limits, and switch to dark mode for enhanced privacy.
