KUWAIT: The Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport (PART) announced on Wednesday the opening of the second phase of the roads project leading to The Avenues mall, which includes the exit leading to the Fifth Ring Road towards Jahra and the opposite U-turn towards Salmiya.
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Public Works, Eng Ahmad Al-Saleh, told KUNA that this opening comes within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to quickly implement road projects in all areas of the country, especially the main roads that connect the expressway network.
He stressed the keenness of Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Dr Noura Al-Mashaan to complete all projects on record time. The exit was officially opened on Wednesday in coordination with the General Traffic Department at the Ministry of Interior. — KUNA
