KUWAIT: Acting Director of Dasman Diabetes Institute Dr Faisal Al-Refae received Health Minister Ahmad Al-Awadhi at the institute. The two sides discussed several issues of mutual concern including upgrading and developing the cooperation agreement between the two sides and the digital transformation of medial service, electronic linking of patients records and exchange of experts among their staff.
The meeting also discussed means of cooperation in the research field, education and training to improve health standards in the patients’ interest and ensure efficacy of diabetes treatment and its complications.
The minister was briefed on the institute’s services and programs. He also toured the premises to check the most recent studies and research projects, services and programs.
