KUWAIT: Burgan Bank recently celebrated 30 of its most aspiring employees across different professional levels for completing two of the bank’s most notable training programs: “Entelaqah program” alongside the “Investment and Wealth Management program”. The graduation ceremony was held at the Bank’s head office in the presence of Burgan’s top management. The Bank’s continued efforts to develop tailored training programs for its employees and its commitment to celebrating the achievements of its driven and aspiring graduates is a testament to Burgan’s determination to invest in its human capital and advance Kuwait’s pool of professional talents.
In light of the graduation ceremony, Fatma Ahmad, Acting Senior Manager – Learning and Development at Burgan Bank, stated: “We are very proud of our talented staff members for graduating from two of Burgan’s prestigious training programs. Among the 30 graduates, 15 completed the Entelaqah program, designed to match fresh graduates with the needs and pace of today’s dynamic banking market and prepare them for entry-level positions across the Bank’s retail branches. Meanwhile, 15 were enrolled in the advanced Investment and Wealth Management program, tailored to equip the more qualified employees with the latest financial investment and wealth management knowledge and trends. Despite the notable dedication of all 30 graduates, two graduates, Mr. Faisal Al Rashed from the Investment and Wealth Management program and Manar Al-Shayea from the Entelaqah program, were recognized for their outstanding achievements and exemplary adoption of the Burgan values.
