Campaign targets school graduates

KUWAIT: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Lamia Al-Melhem, announced the launch of the electronic campaign of the Ministry of Higher Education. The event will start on Sunday and continue until the end of July 2024. Al-Melhem said in a press statement on Thursday that the campaign targets Kuwaiti high school graduates and those holding foreign high school certificates who meet the conditions of the ministry and wish to enroll in foreign scholarship programs.

She added that the campaign comes within the directives of the Minister of Education and the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, to invest all available resources so as to raise awareness and guide the students and their parents on requirements and mechanisms. She pointed out that the campaign comes before the announcement of the scholarship plan for the academic year 2025-2024 in order to respond to students’ inquiries and communicate with them directly, in addition to directing them on how to enroll in distinguished universities.

(2) Guiding them with the mission plan, its conditions, and the registration mechanism (3) Meeting with the accepted students and guiding them to the post-admission procedures.

Al-Melhem pointed out that the campaign will be present at the Avenues Complex from May 20 to 23, inviting students wishing to study abroad to make inquiries about foreign missions. She stressed the importance of following the official social media accounts of the Ministry to see important announcements and information. — KUNA
