Juniors gymnastics team in Poland

KUWAIT: The Juniors Rhythmic Gymnastics team left for Warsaw, Poland to compete in Poland’s International Championship that started on Thursday.

Kuwait’s team includes Sara Al-Bannai, Liyan Behbehani, Amina Al-Kandary, Talya Behbehani, Nabila Al-Kharafi, Raya Al-Qassar and Aljazi Al-Haroun.

The delegation is headed by member of the women’s committee at Kuwait Gymnastics Federation Suad Al-Kandary, official Lujain Al-Asfour and coaches Irina Kovalchuk and Victoria Vsyuk.

The team’s participation is within the federation’s plan to improve the players’ level through competing with various advanced countries in rhythmic gymnastics with the hopes of being among the top winners to add to the players’ confidence.
