Zain attracts national talent to foster private sector growth

Zain the ‘Exclusive Sponsor’ of GUST 25th career fair

KUWAIT: Zain announced its Exclusive Sponsorship of the 25th career fair organized by Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) at the main campus in Mubarak Al-Abdullah. The event, which ran for three consecutive days, came under the patronage of Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Adel Al-Adwani.

The opening ceremony was attended by the representative of the event’s patron, Acting Secretary General of the Private Universities Council Adel Al-Bader, Acting President of Gulf University for Science and Technology Dr. Bassam Alameddine, Zain Kuwait Corporate Relations Department Manager Hamad Al-Musaibeeh, Zain’s Human Resources team, officials from the participating companies, along with GUST students and graduates.

Zain continues to support and actively participate in major career fairs in Kuwait in collaboration with the biggest educational and academic institutions from both the public and private sectors. The company strives to attract national talent to join the Kuwaiti private sector with the goal of fostering sustainable growth and introducing young people to its success story in the telecom sector.

Through its dedicated booth at the career fair, Zain presented its available job vacancies, shared its internal policy, and showcased its wonderful workplace environment. Zain’s team also provided a detailed explanation of the nature of work at various departments and divisions and answered all questions and inquiries.
