KUWAIT: A group of marketing students from the Australian University (AU) explored Kuwait Times and Kuwait News’ different departments and met the staff working behind the scenes. Public Relations and CSR manager at Kuwait Times and Kuwait News, Jana Alnaqeeb took the students to each department, where they were introduced to the working team and the type of work that goes on. Starting from the studio, they moved to the editorial department, the archives room, the press printers, and finally to Kuwait Times’ warehouse, where they saw Kuwait Times art space.

AU students finalized their journey of exploring Kuwait Times in the studio, where Dhoha Al-Issa, video reporter and content creator, filmed a fun game, testing students’ knowledge of local brands’ logos. AU marketing students’ visit highlighted their dedication to learning practical experience in marketing through their discussion with Alnaqeeb on how marketing is implemented within a newspaper beyond theoretical teaching methods. This provides a foundational stage for professionalism in their field of study.
