Iraqi PM receives Bader Al-Kharafi


BAGHDAD: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received Zain Vice Chairman and Group CEO Bader Al-Kharafi. During the meeting, Sudani stressed the Iraqi government's efforts to promote the local economy and promised to remove all obstacles that face investors and support the private sector.

Meanwhile, Kharafi said Zain Group is committed to delivering the best solutions to its clients in Iraq, who have reached 18 million subscribers, and to the Iraqi market in general. Zain Group plans to increase its investments in Iraq and expand its current projects, he said, adding that $500 million have been allocated for investment in technology, leading to a great positive impact on the Iraqi economy and enhancement of service quality.
