Dawi aims to streamline the appointment booking process and provide new mechanisms for obtaining a second medical opinion, contributing to enhancing patients’ experience and improving the quality of healthcare. One of Dawi’s key advantages for both hospitals and individuals is ensuring easy and convenient appointment scheduling, reducing the rate of patient no-shows. The application also offers integrated solutions by providing online medical consultation services, allowing users to access healthcare from anywhere and at any time.

Dawi values this partnership with Al Seef Hospital, expressing its commitment to developing healthcare services, making them more efficient and accessible to the community. Mansour concluded by confirming the growth in the market for technological solutions in the healthcare sector, reflecting societal awareness of using healthcare applications. "We are pleased at Dawi to have strong and strategic partnerships with more than 70 clinics, medical centers, and many competent doctors, whether in Kuwait or abroad. Additionally, we are in the process of announcing, in the coming months, several partnerships with other hospitals, clinics and medical centers,” he said.
