Dawi and Al Seef Hospital sign deal to provide advanced health services

Kuwait’s first and largest digital medical platform committed to developing healthcare solutions

KUWAIT: In a move to enhance the level of healthcare services in Kuwait, Dawi, the first and largest digital medical platform in Kuwait, announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Al Seef Hospital. This step reaffirms Al Seef Hospital’s management’s awareness of keeping pace with the latest technological developments and the global trend to facilitate customer service.

Saleh Al-Mansour, Chairman of Dawi’s Board of Directors, emphasized the significance of the agreement and the application’s vision to achieve a qualitative leap in facilitating medical services for the Kuwaiti community. He pointed out that Dawi is a Kuwaiti application seeking to provide advanced medical solutions within the framework of the digital transformation experienced by the healthcare sector.

Dawi aims to streamline the appointment booking process and provide new mechanisms for obtaining a second medical opinion, contributing to enhancing patients’ experience and improving the quality of healthcare. One of Dawi’s key advantages for both hospitals and individuals is ensuring easy and convenient appointment scheduling, reducing the rate of patient no-shows. The application also offers integrated solutions by providing online medical consultation services, allowing users to access healthcare from anywhere and at any time.

Dawi values this partnership with Al Seef Hospital, expressing its commitment to developing healthcare services, making them more efficient and accessible to the community. Mansour concluded by confirming the growth in the market for technological solutions in the healthcare sector, reflecting societal awareness of using healthcare applications. “We are pleased at Dawi to have strong and strategic partnerships with more than 70 clinics, medical centers, and many competent doctors, whether in Kuwait or abroad. Additionally, we are in the process of announcing, in the coming months, several partnerships with other hospitals, clinics and medical centers,” he said.
