Burgan Bank launches unique personalized queuing system

KUWAIT: Burgan Bank recently announced the launch of its latest cutting-edge customer service innovation, the personalized queuing system, which is now available across the bank’s branches for the first time in Kuwait. The bank’s adoption of the forward-looking system comes as part of Burgan’s commitment to providing its customers with a consistently satisfactory and exceptional banking experience, in addition to promoting innovation across the financial sector in Kuwait.

Commenting on the launch of Burgan’s latest customer service innovation, Nasser Al-Qaisi, General Manager – Retail Banking at Burgan Bank, said: “I am delighted to announce the launch of our new queuing system, which marks a significant milestone in personalized customer service – both within Burgan and across the market.”

“This cutting-edge technology is integrated with the Public Authority for Civil Information’s Kuwait Mobile ID platform, where we can instantly access customers’ data and transform the way our dedicated agents interact with all our customers from the moment they step into the branch, offering a seamless and pleasant experience that is designed according to their preferences and data. By adopting the personalized queuing system, we aim to reduce the customers’ waiting times and boost their service level satisfaction for an overall valuable banking experience,” added Al-Qaisi.

This tailored experience begins right at the entrance of any Burgan branch, whereby each customer receives a warm welcome by name. Based on the Bank’s prerequisite knowledge of the customers’ banking history, customer service agents handle the customers’ queries and requests with precision, recommending solutions, products, and services that are selected with care to match each customer’s banking needs and lifestyle aspirations.

As a market leader in the field of banking and financial innovations, Burgan Bank continues to invest its resources in the steadfast development of its products and services, guaranteeing a top-notch banking experience for its customers every time and setting an example for successful and ambitious banking practices in Kuwait.
