Ardiya thief arrested

KUWAIT: Farwaniya police arrested a Kuwaiti man who broke into vehicles parked in front of multipurpose halls in Ardiya and stole items left inside. Police found tools that the suspect used in the process, along with drug paraphernalia. He was also found to have a criminal record. Patrolmen noticed suspicious movements near the hall, so they went closer and found a man in an abnormal condition trying to break into a car. Police found phones and bank cards in addition to the tools and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was handed to detectives for further investigations and legal action.

Stabbed on the back
A Kuwaiti man was admitted to Farwaniya Hospital’s ICU after suffering a deep stab in his back during a fight between two men he doesn’t know, who were likely to have been under the influence of drugs. The fight took place on Kabd Road, so police and paramedics responded and found the victim in a critical condition, while the suspects had fled. Eyewitnesses provided police with descriptions of the suspects’ vehicle, as detectives took over the case.

Body found
Criminal detectives are investigating the case of a decomposed body of an Egyptian man found in his Fintas apartment. The coroner took the body to determine the cause of death.

Smoke inhalation
A female citizen suffered from smoke inhalation due a fire in her Hawally apartment and was rushed to Mubarak Hospital. Firemen evacuated the building as they fought the blaze. They found the woman inside, so she was evacuated and rushed to hospital. – Translated by Kuwait Times from Al-Rai
