KUWAIT: The Chairman of the Board of the Arab Tennis Federation, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has lauded the major success of the third Arab Tennis Seniors Tournament that was held recently in Amman, adding that the Jordan Tennis Federation and Jordan Tennis Club excelled in organizing a distinguished tournament with the participation of more than 200 players of both genders.

Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber said the competitions were exciting. The tournament featured singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Kuwait’s participation was notable, as Ahmad Dashti won first place in the doubles. Kuwait participated with seven players. The fourth tournament will be held in Egypt in March 2024.

Meanwhile, communications are being made with the Qatar Federation to organize the third Elite Arab Tournament in Doha. Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber said the ATF approved a busy program for the next season for the ages of 12, 13, 16, and 18.
