Amir meets SME funds' board, Awqaf minister, Canada's Governor General

KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace yesterday Oil Minister and Minister of Electricity and Water Dr Khaled Al-Fadhel, Deputy Chairman and CEO of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Hashem Sayyed Hashem, and KPC's new Board of Directors. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also received the minister and new KPC board.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir received Minister of Commerce and Industry Khaled Al-Roudhan, the Director-General of Kuwait National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Ibrahim Al-Kandari, and the fund's new Board of Directors. His Highness the Prime Minister received members of the fund's new board later yesterday.

In addition, His Highness the Amir received Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and State Minister for Municipality Affairs Fahad Al-Shola, who presented His Highness with a copy of the Holy Quran.
